Refine & Define is led by Olivia Knight, a website designer with over 10 years’ experience across design, e-commerce and digital strategy. After managing websites for established brands earlier in her career, Olivia now works independently with service-based and consultancy businesses to design websites that are clear, structured and built around real business needs.
The focus is on thoughtful planning, practical design decisions and close collaboration — ensuring each website is easy to use, easy to manage and fit for purpose.
